Periodic Knowledge checks and indiale training /refreshers. to maintain Quality of Field Force which is kay to success in HCP chamber

Train First Line Managers on

Business Planpung Development Communication & IT Skols

On job coaching to FFMs/FLMs on Selling/Coaching skitis & with strong follow up for their development areas

Conducts new launch trainings & medical refreshers on products for sales forse

Improvement in quality and skills sales team through personal and professional development to ansure career progression based on Competency Framework Classroom training (Internal Assignments External), On Job

To drive the effort to evaluate training effectiveness working in conjunction with Cam Ex and Commercial Leadership & post training feedback

Responsible for the effectiveness of the sales training environment and curriculum.

Efficient and effective utilization of Training Budget

Develops a s and administers new training and development programs while maintaining lior adjusting existing programs as needed

Soft Skille treinings Head Office associates & Sales Force

Qualifications & Experience


Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred related fleid

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Field Training Manager or in a related training and development. expertise following

Designing and delivering training programs for Pharma sales

Medical, Product & Selling Skills.

Experience Knowledge about Pharma Selling Operations and Sales Management/Coaching

Evaluate field training effectiveness. Improvement driving continuous

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Associate with Sales & Sales Management experience in reputable pharmaceutical will be preferred

Knowledge and on hand experience on e Learning management
