Field Training Manager

About the Job:

This position is responsible for engaging sales force and first- line managers in classroom as well as on-Job training sessions to provide them relevant Product & Disease knowledge and sharpen their selling skills.

Required Qualification:

B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D • A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience in reputed pharmaceutical corporates (Preferably MNCs).

• Good Communication Skills Candidates with prior training experience will be given preference.
