**Job Scope:**
As the Group Product Manager, you will:
– **Lead the Product Management Team** within the designated Business Divisioin.
– **Formulate strategic and tactical plans** for the assigned portfolio to optimize outcomes.
– **Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses**, evaluating the effectiveness of product marketing strategies.
– **Achieve brand targets** through close collaboration with Sales and Business Management teams.
– **Keep the business informed** on market tactics, pricing, product positioning, competitive moves, and players’ performance.
– **Conduct feasibility and market analysis** for new opportunities and oversee new product launches.
– **Share valuable business insights** via IMS/SA/PLD with the team to ensure steady conversion on potential brands/bricks.
– **Ensure quality and timely delivery** of inputs to the field force.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
– **Educational Background:** A Pharm-D or MBBS degree with an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
– **Experience:** 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
– **Skills:**
– Proficiency in MS Office and related work software.
– Excellent people management, interpersonal communication, and decision-making skills.
