Experience:
2-3 Years experience in relevant field.
Responsibilities:
To develop the annual marketing plan and situation analysis for effective business.
To build strategies, goals and convert those goals in tactical plans through which we can achieve our sales target.
To communicate subordinates regarding team meetings.
To prepare the promotion plan of Field Force.
To develop and maintain relations with KOLs.
To take follow-up from the Field Force on daily basis.
To forecast the return on investment that is being made in the marketing budget.
